1. Ancient sages said: “It has no head and no hands. When heaven and earth are destroyed, it will not be destroyed.” What is this immortality? Why don’t you take a look at it.

  2. Ancient sages said: “Before the world was created, this nature already existed; when the world is destroyed, this nature will not be destroyed.” What exactly does this indestructibility refer to? You can also take a look at it.

  3. You should all know that “Buddha works in the nature, do not seek outside the mind.” This sentence seems to be very self-evident, but the problem is that if you are not a supreme practitioner, it is very difficult to accomplish it, because for ordinary practitioners, their minds are all focused on the outside, and it is really difficult to realize the inherent nature in the heart. To put it bluntly, it is of course easy to understand some principles outside the heart, but it is not so easy to recognize your own heart and see your own nature from the heart, unless you are a person with a great root.

  4. You all should know that there is a very important acupuncture point on the sole of our feet, that is “Yongquan Point”. It is the well point of the foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, located on the sole of the foot. The concave place found in the center of the sole with the toes curled is this point. This is an important acupuncture point for health care.

According to “Dharma Secret Exercises: One of the Fifteen Methods of Prolonging Life”, it says: Use your thumb to massage the Yongquan point on the sole of both feet 81 times before going to bed every night. It can lead the fire downward, calm the mind, soothe the liver and improve eyesight, and prevent and treat insomnia, dizziness, headache, forgetfulness, blurred vision, back pain, high blood pressure, etc. In fact, not only before going to bed, we often press this point when we have time, and even pat this point with the palm of our hand.
  5. Here I will also teach you six very simple health-preserving exercises for the heart and kidney. This is also the health-preserving exercise that the old Taoist priest taught me when I was in middle school. The first move is the Jade Liquid Returning Elixir Exercise, which is commonly known as the exercise of swallowing saliva. First, move your tongue up and down, left and right in your mouth. When your mouth is full of water, tilt your head back slightly, and then slowly swallow the saliva three times. You can do this three times, five times, or whenever you think of it.

The second move is the method of beating the heavenly drum. You should all know this move. Put your palms against your ears, put your fingers on the back of your neck, and put your index finger on your middle finger and click it 36 times. You will hear a sound when you click it, so it is called “beating the heavenly drum”.

The third move is the method of drilling the ear accupoints. Drill the middle fingers of both hands into the ear holes and gently rotate them 12 times, then quickly pull them out. This counts as one time, and you do it six times in total.

The fourth move is the method of leading fire back to the origin, which is the method of rubbing the palms of your hands against the soles of your feet. First, put the Laogong point on the palm of your right hand against the Yongquan point on the sole of your left foot, and then rub back and forth 120 times; then put the Laogong point on the palm of your left hand against the Yongquan point on the sole of your right foot, and rub back and forth 120 times. This is the basic number. If you have time, you can rub as much as possible. It is better if you can rub it until it gets hot.

The fifth move is the method of lifting the anus and shrinking the abdomen. Sit up, lift your anus, and pull your lower abdomen inwards, count from one to five, then put it down, count as one time. You can do it 36 times at first, and once you get used to it, you can increase it to 72 times, or even 108 times, which is great.

The sixth move is the method of holding the fist and tapping the teeth. Hold the fist with both hands, and gently tap your teeth up and down 120 times. If there is saliva, you can swallow it in three times. These six exercises are very simple. The old Taoist priest said: If the heart and kidney are not connected, all kinds of diseases will arise, and people will age quickly, and even age prematurely.

As long as you practice these six exercises regularly and persevere, you will naturally connect your heart and kidney, resist diseases and aging, and stay healthy forever. Especially after entering middle and old age, most people have a lack of heart and kidney communication, so you should practice these six heart and kidney communication exercises more diligently. Your body will tell you where its benefits are.
