This beginner Tai Chi course will guide you from a starting point of being out of shape to better health, fitness and well being.

The course is a mixture of Chen Pan Ling Style Tai Chi and Xing Yi training methods, which make Tai Chi more helpful for beginners. The features of this method are:

  • Emphasis on building a solid base through leg strength and Kua (Core) control.
  • Flexibility and Relaxation methods
  • Body mechanics that are neither overly simplified or complicated
  • More spiral and rotational body mechanics than standard Tai Chi.

All Tai Ch forms are built on the 4 energies, 5 directions and four corners. It is important to understand this.
